DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We would love to help with any kind of thoughtful gift, including gift cards. Contact us today to get a personalized gift certificate of any dollar amount.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all forms of payment. Cash, Credit, Debit, Check.
We invoice for public events via Square. Square does not require an account to use it. You may sign in as a guest and pay via credit or debit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do offer a 7 day return/exchange policy. We also like to ensure it is something you would like when we design, for instance, we will send you a proof to accept or change before cutting your project. It is the party attendants responsibility to okay the proof. Look under our store policies for more information.

**Designs and signs made by the patron at a private or public class are not available for refunds, as the patron is responsible for their design, colors, and choices.

**Cancellation or no shows for public parties that are sold out are not available for a refund. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED! Your materials are available to transfer to another open party or as a take home project.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

We do not require a deposit on private parties. We will ask if there is a customized sign ordered for a private party, please attend and if not you will be billed for the sign.

**If you do not pay the invoice you will be put on our cautionary list and will be required to make payment prior to any future events.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A PUBLIC CLASS?

Look into our facebook page under events, inside that page is a discussion tab. In the discussion there is a post from Rusty Nails with a google doc link. Click on that and follow the instructions. If you have problems or need help please let me know!

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR PRIVATE CLASSES?

Under the facebook event page, Rusty Nails or Me, Melissa Coulter, will post a welcome note with information and a separate post with a link for the google doc to fill out.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE OF A PROJECT?

Our products vary by size and type of wood, they typically range from $15-$100.

MAY I ADD ITEMS OR DIFFERENT MATERIALS TO MY SIGN OR PROJECT?

You may, although Rusty Nails is not responsible for these items or any damages to these items and are not included in your design. You will be responsible for these items.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON WORK ON A PROJECT?

One project=One person
Only exception is for children, any child under age 10 can have an adult help them. Anyone over 10 years old is able to make project by themselves and you are required to have your own project.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP AND FORGOT TO REGISTER?

Private Party: You may be able to still attend the event and it is all based on availability of wood in the shop. You are subject to what is on hand and you will have a $10 late fee applied.

DO YOU OFFER TEAM BUILDING EVENTS, BACHELORETTE PARTIES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

We at Rusty Nail Designs, believes there is always a reason to party and craft. Message us for further details about hosting a fun event.

CAN WE BRING IN FOOD AND DRINKS?

Hosts are encouraged to bring in a light snack and beverages as you will be there for 2-3 hours. Rusty Nails is not responsible for food preparation, utensils, cups, etc.

DO WE OFFER A LOYALTY PLAN?

We do! Make sure to bring it up at your party! If you do 9 projects with us your 10th one is 1/2 off (includes, solid or pallet wood projects only)
