Quality Assurance

EMERSON COULTER

Emerson is our Quality Assurance Manager. He is very committed to his role at Rusty Nail Designs. He brings input on the current and latest trendy designs. His favorite sign is the tractor life sign with of course GREEN and Yellow. You will often hear him say, "I like it." His a key player in the building of our business. He currently holds another job as a preschool on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Owner, Creator, Craft Guru, Instructor.

MELISSA COULTER AKA JOANNA

Melissa is the creator of Rusty Nail Designs. She has worked incredibly hard to create and withstand the business. She is the one that is up late making signs and you will see her at a craft booth promoting the business. In addition to her being at the craft fairs, she is the one who is instructing the parties and ensuring that each guest is left satisfied with their final results.

The Muscle

MAC COULTER, AKA "CHIP"

Michael AKA Mac, He is our muscle, our behind the scenes guy. He cuts and sands the wood for the parties. He is usually busy during the week in the garage cutting and sanding away. He is Melissa's hubby and she often refers to him as her "Chip" (because they work as a team like on the show Fixer Upper). He is told he is not allowed at parties because he tends to steal the show with his witty humor.
