OUR  PUBLIC CLASS REGISTRATION

What You Need to Know for Public Classes

** Public parties are a preregistration and prepayment system. You must provide an email in order for us to invoice you. Invoices are due no later than 1 week prior to the event. Failure to pay the invoice only will result in A. your spot being given away to someone who is on the waiting list (if it is a full class) or B. Paying an addition $10 late fee the day of and is subject to the stock of wood we have available. .

OUR PRIVATE PARTY REGISTRATION

*Private parties are a pay the day of party. There is no need to be invoiced prior to the event. Failure to show up will result in an invoice being sent for you to pay and you may make the design at a later party or have a make and take package sent home with you. Failure to pay this invoice will result in your name being put on a NO REGISTRATION list, where you will not be able to sign up for an event either private or public. Basically means we will not be able to provide you with any kind of services unless the original invoice is paid and prepayment will be collected at time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Registration is due no later than 3 days prior to the event.

REFUNDS & RETURNS AT RUSTY NAIL DESIGNS AND WORKSHOP

The Information You Need to Know

Exchange:
You may exchange the product within 7 days of purchase for something equal or greater in price. If you choose something smaller in price no additional refund will be granted.
Return Policy:
Product must be in the original state at time of purchase. Return of products is granted with full or partial refund within 7 days of purchase
Customers are encouraged to voice dislike or concerns at time of party or purchase, failure to do so may result in less of refund depending on circumstances.
Time, effort, and resale of returns is calculated in with a return of a product.
***Receipts are available upon request and are encouraged for returns and/or exchanges. Failure to accept a receipt can affect your refund.
